Cape Town’s hottest new import is French-Italian DJ and producer Tony Finger.
After 20 years spinning records around the world, Tony has picked the Mother City as base camp, bringing his blend of cool electro and sexy Continental house to thrill local party people. 

With residencies and guest appearances in London, Paris, Moscow, Lisbon and Eastern Europe, Tony has held his own alongside international house legends Bob Sinclar, Daft Punk, Superfunk, Ron Carroll, Junior Sanchez, Boy George and Deep Dish. And he was a firm favourite amongst fashionistas at the Paris Fashion Week for many years!

Tony’s nurtured his passion for electronic beats since the tender age of 16, when he bought his first turn tables. Since then he’s traversed many musical genres, counting his influences from Donna Summers’ disco to Kraftwerk’s synth 80s electro. Much of Tony’s musical genius grew from the sounds of Paris - Daft Punk, Etienne de Crecy, Bob Sinclar and Superfunk.

Through his extensive tour of Paris, Lisbon, London and Eastern Europe, Finger spinned the decks alongside with other House DJ Legends including Bob Sinclar, Daft Punk, Superfunk, Ron Carroll, Junior Sanchez, Geene Farris, Diz amongst many others.

AMRICK CHANNA

Recently performing for MINISTRY OF SOUND/HED KANDI & WMC 2008, London/Kent based, Amrick Channa, is a Singer/Songwriter in the Soulful/Funky House music field. His unique and distinctive soulful powerhouse style of singing is courtesy of the various divas he grew up listening to whether its disco or vocal house. A huge influence on his powerhouse singing is his singing teacher/mentor Lisa "Bad Habit" Millett! A review from DJ Magazine likened Amrick's vocal style to those of Duane Harden singer on Armand Van Helden and Lenny Fontana's hits.

Forthcoming projects include collaborations with the legendary Sandy Rivera (Kings of Tomorrow/Defected), Pete Heller, Denver resident Pound boy Greg, Paris DJ Kid Massive and Tony Finger amongst many others!

JORGE JARAMILLO

In 2002 international dance anthem Shiny Disco Balls embarked on an eight week residency in the UK Top 40 , earned him a coveted performance on Top Of The Pops and cover features in I-DJ and DJ magazines. Shiny Disco Balls was the first house track to ever gain daytime playlisting on America’s WKTU and won Jorge also two Miami Winter Music Conference awards, one for ‘best house track’ and the other for ‘best underground track.

Jorge has worked with, J-Lo and Cristina Aguilera. He will also be producing albums for Bloody Marys and Atomic Brain, Jorge Jaramillo is now part of the fastest growing house label on the planet- Pacha Recordings.

DINO MORAN

Featured by “DJ Magazine” this year as one of their predicted global “Future Hero’s” and undoubtedly Africa’s biggest international DJ star. Dino has been a pioneer of Dance Music in Africa over the last 16 years. As a true ambassador for the continent he has recently played at Nelson Mandela’s 89th birthday party to a 35 000 people packed stadium and also Madiba’s Christmas party and plays Bi annually to raise funds for the “Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund” in London.

Dino forges ahead to create his own genre of Rhythmic African Fusion combined with the hottest current dance trends. He has a formidable talent in being able to read a crowd and adapt the music to the mood taking the crowd on a euphoric musical journey

ODIDI MFENYANA

Odidi has also recently broadened his range and included a live singing drag show called, Odidiva- The No-Lip-Synching Drag Show at The Loft in Cape Town.

Odidi Mfenyana has also been working with internationally acclaimed local D.J. Dino Moran (GoodHopeFM’s Nightwatch Men). They have just released an Afro-House track, “Gumbafire” in Europe and the Internet, remixed by world famous D.J. outfit Milk & Sugar.

Odidi and Dino Moran are also feature and contribute as part of the innovative musical show, House of The Holy Afro.

Odidi has also recorded new dance singles, Say U Love Me with DJ Tony Finger featured on international compilation ZOO CLUB CD Vol.3 & on the Midem Sampler this year. Both songs premiered at ZEPTEPI Dinner Club in Camps Bay, over December 2006 and New Year’s Eve, and at the Launch Party of the Old Biscuit Factory in Woodstock-Cape Town, for Sky FY Entertainment.
